Main Road apartment located on the corner block, placed in between Derwent river and Mt Wellington in Hobart. Featuring three floors of premium apartments, the building is designed to offer the best of modern living with a touch of local charm. The ground floor has been designed for mixed use, incorporating both retail and residential parking spaces. This level provides easy access to the apartments while also creating a vibrant and diverse community space.
Design and Town Planning application of new apartment complex with commercial and retail.
Archidea group was involved in managing the concept design and design development stages of the project, overseeing the preparation of the documentation set for the Development. The project involved a site with multiple titles, requiring coordination with a town planner to address the complexities of combining them. The project was lodged with the council at the beginning of 2022. It was placed on hold due to a rezoning announcement that might allow for increasing density of this project.
